POLICIES
ORDERING
• NON-STOCK ITEMS : All items advertised on this site are not-stocked, they are built upon receipt of order.
• PRICING - The prices listed on this website are FOB Walpole, New Hampshire, payable in U.S. dollars.
• CHANGING/CANCELLING : Should you need to change or cancel your order, please send an e-mail to sales@tinytofurniture.com - including your purchase order number - within three (3) days of placing your order. After (3) three days you are subject to charges based on work in process and percent of completion of your order.
PAYMENT METHODS
• All payments must be made by charge card.
• CHARGE CARDS : We accept Mastercard, and Visa. We will require information from the front and back of the card for security purposes, including the CVV2 security code.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
• SHIPPING TIME : Once your item is built we will send you an e-mail confirming shipment. Normal time from receipt of order to shipment is two to three weeks. If there is a specific date your order is required by please send a follow-up e-mail within 24 hours of your order. Delivery time for orders shipped via FedEx Ground/UPS Ground is 1-7 working days. Please provide us with your phone number when ordering so that we can contact you regarding any delays or problems with your order.
• SHIPPING METHODS : We ship via UPS ground service or FedEx ground service.
• UPS/FedEx cannot ship to a PO Box.
• SHIPPING CHARGES : Shipping charges are based on the region where the order is being shipped to, the total weight of the order, and packing expenses.
RETURNS
• RETURNS : As these products are built to order, any returns must be pre-approved and are subject to a re-stocking charge. Items must be returned in SALEABLE condition with all original factory packaging and accesories included to receive full credit - merchandise credit or refund, whichever you prefer. Report defective products to returns@tinytotfurniture.com within 10 days of receipt of product. Include carton, instructions, parts, accessories. Package carefully to avoid damage in transit. Ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Items damaged en route to us due to improper packing, and items damaged as a result of improper use are not returnable. Write your customer ID # and invoice # (located on the return form) on the outside of your box and return to:

• CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES : Claims for damages or errors must be made within 5 days of receipt. Claims for damage must first be reported to the delivering carrier (save all packing and cartons).
WARRANTY INFORMATION
• LIMITED WARRANTY : As these products are built to order, any returns must be pre-approved and are subject to a re-stocking charge. Items must be returned in SALEABLE condition with all original factory packaging and accesories included to receive full credit - merchandise credit or refund, whichever you prefer. All products in the catalog are warranted only to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from date of shipment. No purchase order or verbal advice shall alter this.
• DISCLAIMER : There are no other warranties, either express or implied, which extend the foregoing, and there are no warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damage due to defective, or improper, use of products.
• REMEDY : We will at our election, and subject to availability, either replace, repair, or exchange any product we have sold with a defect in materials or workmanship, or issue a refund or credit for the purchase price, providing you return such product to us, properly packaged and shipping prepaid, with a copy of your invoice and an explanation of the defect. The foregoing shall be the exclusive remedy for defective or nonconforming merchandise.
